I was looking to get wallpaper removed and painted went to google and left messages with 6 or 7 different places rock solid called same day and set up appointment for estimate right away the guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable didn’t pressure me just gave me a fair estimate (2 layers of wallpaper to remove not easy)! I decided to go with them the office contacted me right away to set up the work the 2 that came to work on my bathroom we’re right on time and very friendly also very knowledgeable about the job long story short my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome looks great!!! I would definitely recommend rock solid for any kind of painting that needs done thanks rock solid!!! ~ Tony H

After a very strong referral from some dear friends we decided to call Rock Solid and after meeting with Eric I knew that this was who I could trust with my home. He and his crew (Jenna, Faith, and Kathryn) did a fantastic job painting a two story foyer, hall, powder room, and living/dining/kit. They were all so pleasant and went above and beyond even to the point of changing a light bulb that had broken off in the light fixture. They were all so helpful in answering any questions and quick to help with a couple other small projects that I discovered like a peeling fireplace mantle. They arrived on time and a three day job ended up taking two. I would highly recommend Rock Solid and look forward to working with them again. ~ Deanna L

We had some water damage from a leaking roof - we had a couple quotes and decided to go with Rock Solid Painting. He was able to get our project done sooner than expected, and in less time. With a team of painters they were in and out in just a few hours, on a project where I was expecting at least a day of work being done. All of the workers were very friendly and accommodating - I was home with 2 little kids while the work was being done, and they would move things around so I could get them lunch, etc. as for the quality of the work - everything is perfect! There isn’t a single spot they missed. And when they left, my house was cleaner than when they got here - they scrubbed all the floors, just in case any paint made it past their many drop clothes. Rock Solid Painting was so great to work with. Kyle came out and gave us an estimate of services. He was very friendly and answered any questions my husband and I had. They were able to schedule us sooner than expected- which was amazing! Emma, Kelly, Paige and Racquel did a fantastic job. Evan was our project manager, he was friendly and made sure we were on track for our projected deadlines. The results look amazing, they kept everything extremely clean. They take a lot of pride in their work and came out to put an extra coat of paint on a couple walls that were darker. I have had Rock Solid Painting do certain projects for me over the last few years. This year, a week before Christmas, Eric, Nick and Jodi came to paint the main level of my home. Not an ideal time with Christmas trees up, and all kinds of obstacles, but in true Rock Solid fashion the level of care and professionalism made it no problem. The attention to detail - fixing the imperfections of seams, drywall pits that were there after the home was built and scratches on window ledges from my dog were all prepped, sanded and painted to make it look better than it was when it was new. I cannot express enough that they earn your trust by all the little things they do and the extra mile they go. Nick and Jodi were awesome and Eric really understands and relates to the customer and delivers an outstanding product. Give them a call, you will be so happy with their work. ~ dave n

Eric and the Rock Solid Painting crew are the consummate professionals. After we sought several estimates for painting our kitchen cabinets, as well as the ceiling and walls, Rock Solid's quote came in the middle range, so they are definitely a good value. The quality that most attracted us, though, was that Eric showed us quality samples of his work and his description of the work was so detailed. Once the crew arrived, they were efficient and tidy, not to mention that the crew was kind and willing to take our needs so seriously. I can't recommend Rock Solid Painting enough. If a person needs a detailed painting job, Rock Solid should be his or her first and only choice! ~ Angela S

To be honest I was unsure of hiring a painter for our new house because I thought I could do the work myself. After some debate we decided to have a couple different painters come out. Eric from Rock Solid Painting blew us away with his professionalism and we hired him for the job. He finished painting our kitchen, dining room, foyer, stairs, upstairs hallway, and upstairs bathroom with a skylight in just over one day and it looks fantastic. I see no flaws. He removed all fixtures including the bathroom mirror and fan before painting (something I would have taped off to save time). He even removed and repaired the holes/damage left behind by a tv mount and wire conduit. The wall looks brand new! When I take into account the quality and promptness of the work, the time i saved, and the great price I feel I got a tremendous value. I have 0 regrets. Everyone is friendly, arrives on time and thoroughly cleans upon the job completion. Kyle and Evan made good suggestions regarding the paint selection, the crew was informed of the work scope and constantly made sure the customer is satisfied. Katie scheduled the work and made sure the painting did not interfere with our schedule. Jenna, Jack, Jose and John were fantastic to work with for this job and exceeded our expectations. If you’re contemplating hiring painters do not give it a second though. From start to finish the process was so smooth. Kyle was our sales consultant came out so quickly anbd Evan was our production manager. Our painters were Emma, Kelly, Jack and Viktor and they were amazing Prompt, professional and so friendly. They got everything prepped and painted in one day with just one extra day for touch ups which only took a few hours. Worth every single penny and we will most definitely book with them again to paint our trim and ceilings down the line!! 10/10 stars ⭐️ ~ Nicole P

We were looking for someone to stain our stairs and railing. The saleperson at Hartville Hardware store recommended Rock Solid painting to us. The entire process went very smoothly from getting a quote to doing the actual project. Faith and Kelly did a great job sanding, preparing and staining the stairs and railing. They listen to your concern and give you recommendations. We are very happy with the job they did. They were also able to start the project before the scheduled time. My husband and I could not be more Pleased about the work completed in the whole process. From beginning to end, it was fantastic. Evan quoted our job spot on, the workers arrived on time every day, And left our home in a reasonable state so that we could actually function since they were doing work on an entire second floor. The painters were able to start the project a day early. They started on time each day. They were well organized. They did an excellent job of painting. There were no paint spots on the woodwork and everything was cleaned up at the end of the work day. They did ceiling and walls in a three car garage, a kitchen, lavatory, family room, the main bedroom and two hallways. It was an excellent job and I will have them back to do the other half of the house next year. We would certainly recommend them. ~ Jean W

To modernize our kitchen we decided to have the cabinets painted, among other upgrades. We chose Rock Solid Painting because of their reputation, and were delighted with the results! We had a major project regarding the upgrading of our kitchen and bathroom countertops, backsplashes along with painting of said rooms to effectively change the appearance of our house. Additionally, we desired to change the paint scheme of the living area along with hallways and exterior doors. Rock Solid Painting was on a list of qualified painters by our prime contractor and what a fabulous recommendation it was. If you have the opportunity to deal with Eric Stalter, your won't go wrong. His crew of Faith, Jodi & Katherine were perhaps the best my wife and I ever worked with. They arrived before the time they were supposed to be here; worked without interruption and were very considerate. Most impressive was that when they were finished at the end of each day, they asked if everything met our satisfaction. Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Rock Solid Painting for an estimate for painting the outside trim of our home. I got the estimate in a very timely manner, and Eric and his team were professional from beginning to end of the project. They gave me a timeline for the job, and stuck to it. This is the third time we have used Rock Solid Painting. Eric was recommended to us after using two other companies that did a terrible job. Thank goodness for that referral. He did a remarkable job correcting those and just completed a job on a new remodeling project and again the result was great. We will not use anyone else. We’ve hired Rock Solid twice now to do interior painting, including a two story foyer, and they were great both times. The process is professional and clear - which i greatly appreciate - and timing for scheduling has been timely. They even fit us in on shorter notice so we could get a space painted before I delivered our baby. They treated our home with respect and put down floor protectors and cleaned up properly after themselves. There’s a walk through following so you can address quality before they leave the job. We’ve had other services and contractors in the house that certainly haven’t treated our space or the job the same way and they won’t be getting service from us again. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the names of the painting crew for our first job but on the most recent, Emma, Kelly and Trent did an excellent job in our living room. They were down to earth, personable and professional - and fast and efficient. They got a large space with a lot of millwork done in about 5ish hours. We hired Rock Solid to do quite a bit of painting. They painted our great room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and ceiling (great room). This company has an excellent system that ensures success. They were laser focused on quality. They have individuals for estimating, quality control and painting. We were fortunate enough to work with Faith and her team. Emma and Paige did an outstanding job painting our front door! The finish is smooth, the color is exactly what we wanted, and they completed the work in half the time of the original estimate. Rock Solid Painting was very professional from the start to finish of our basement workout room paint project. They came onsite and provides a detail quote while at the site. The project was scheduled quickly with an assigned project manager and crew. A team of 3 sprayed the basement ceiling, painted the walls and doors in 3 days.
